Winners and Judge’s Comments:

1st Place: Summertime, Oil by Hong Bei He
The detail in this one captured me as well as the softness that was achieved through the use of oil.

2nd Place: Floras de Ayer, Mixed media by Ann Bourgeois
Love the texture in this one! The color palette works so well and the way the light shows.

3rd Place: Tire Swing, Ebony Pencil by Desiree Sterbini
I was struck by the depth achieved through the use of pencil. The use of light is also very striking.
